Dr. Farr-Dzierzawski is a magna cum laude graduate of Oregon State University Honors College, where she earned a B.S. in biology and a B.A. in international studies. During undergraduate school, she served as a principal investigator and co-investigator for several research projects and was named a Provost Scholar.
She received her medical degree from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine in Rochester, Michigan, and completed her residency at Central Michigan University College of Medicine Covenant Medical Center in Saginaw. In 2023, she received the AAGL Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Award and most recently served as Administrative Co-chief Resident.
Dr. Farr-Dzierzawski previously lived in San Diego where she worked as a research coordinator, emergency department scribe, and hospital volunteer. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology (ACOG), the American Medical Women's Association (AMWA), and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL).
In addition to general obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Farr-Dzierzawski has a special interest in robotic surgery, contraception and high-risk obstetrics.
Away from the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, kayaking, and spending time with her husband and dachshund. Dr. Farr-Dzierzawski joined Gynecology & Obstetrics of DeKalb in 2024.
